The Problem We Solve

Most tech graduates are
unprepared for the real world.

The traditional academic system leaves a critical gap between theoretical knowledge and practical industry survival. The Career Readiness Training program is built to close that gap — permanently.

85%
of employers rate graduating skills as inadequate for real industry roles
63%
find entry-level hires are performing below average expectations
9–12
months typical industry ramp-up before new hires contribute meaningfully
12 wk
is all CRT needs to bridge that gap with real, measurable results

Applied Learning & Live Projects

Build real products in a simulated studio environment — not toy projects or sandboxed exercises.

AI-First Methodology

Learn to build with GitHub Copilot, LLM APIs, and generative design tools from day one of the program.

Soft Skills & Corporate Readiness

Email etiquette, agile standups, LinkedIn presence, mock interviews — the curriculum universities skip.

Direct Placement Pipeline

High performers are directly connected with active hiring partners at the Open House Graduation Gala.

How It Works

Four pillars that make
CRT different

This is not a classroom. It is a Professional Studio Experience — where you stop waiting for instructions and start solving problems.

01

The Studio Simulation

Rather than passive lectures, trainees report to a corporate-structured "Studio" — with real managers, strict deadlines, and client-grade deliverables. Theory is consumed independently at home; in-person time is exclusively reserved for sprint reviews, problem-solving, and collaborative execution.

02

AI-Augmented Tracks

Every participant joins a cross-functional pod and learns to build with modern AI tools — GitHub Copilot, Cursor, LLM APIs, and generative wireframing engines. You build at the speed of a modern senior engineer, not a legacy trainee.

03

The Job-Readiness Lab

Dedicated parallel workshops on "The Hidden Curriculum" — corporate communication, LinkedIn branding, personal portfolio building, resume optimisation, and mock interviews with real industry recruiters. The skills universities don't teach.

04

The Placement Ecosystem

High-performing participants are directly connected with an active network of hiring partners. The program culminates in an Open House Graduation Gala where teams pitch their live products to HR recruiters, tech leads, and university stakeholders.

Specialisations

Three AI-enabled tracks

Trainees are segmented into cross-functional pods that mirror real-world product teams. Pick the track that aligns with your career goals.

Engineering Track

AI-Enabled Associate Software Engineer

Master full-stack development, clean code architecture, foundational AI/LLM integration, and rapid delivery under real production pressure. Learn to write code at the speed of a senior engineer using modern AI tooling and best practices.

Program Team

The people running
your studio

A pooled organisational mentorship model with clear, defined roles at every level — from architectural standards to daily sprint operations.

Leadership

Senior Trainer

An industry expert from the Leapfrog core team. Delivers core lectures, sets architectural standards, conducts technical evaluations, and personally signs off on the quality of each project before live deployment.

Technical Support

Assistant Trainer — Technical

Previous successful trainees or junior developers who know exactly what it feels like to be in the hot seat. Provides immediate debugging support, guides technical research, and handles track-specific challenges every day.

Operations

Assistant Trainer — Project Manager

PM-focused and operationally agile with a strong logistics background. Manages daily sprint boards, enforces attendance and schedule, ensures SOP adherence, and handles all cross-team coordination and communication.

What You Walk Away With

Your professional toolkit

Graduating trainees don't just leave with a piece of paper. They walk away with a complete, verified professional identity ready for the job market.

Simulation Certificate

Documenting 12 weeks of rigorous, industry-standard project work executed inside a real professional studio environment.

Growth Delta Report

The 8-Axis Spider Graph showing your full development trajectory — a powerful visual proof of growth for every hiring manager.

Live Portfolio Project

A deployed, technically complex, team-built product on a live public URL — the centrepiece of your resume and LinkedIn profile.

Formal Reference Letter

A personalised letter of recommendation from the Senior Trainer, highlighting your specific strengths observed during the full simulation.

Program Format

Schedule & structure

Designed to replicate real industry work timings and culture from your very first day — so the transition to a real job feels natural.

Duration & Format

12 weeks (3 months) total. An intensive day-program running 3 days per week on alternating days to allow deep independent focus between studio sessions.

Studio Hours

11:00 AM to 4:00 PM on studio days — matching real corporate work timings. Remaining time is for independent learning, async collaboration, and homework.

The Flipped Classroom

Lectures and conceptual readings are consumed at home at your own pace. Every in-person session is strictly reserved for sprint reviews, block resolution, and project execution.
